If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will only be issued for eligible items that are returned in their original condition within 3 days of delivery.
- To initiate a refund, customers must contact customer service with their order number and VALID REASON for return. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, if purpose of return is valid and acceptable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if the return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout or manually done by UPI.
Return Policy:
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a valid issue or manufacturing defect.
- Replacement will be provided only for items with valid issues or manufacturing defects.
- Products that have been used or altered from their original condition are not eligible for replacement.
- Customers must provide a 360° uncut video while unpacking the product to validate any claim for replacement.
Your Order Cancellation Rights

Only can be exchanged if there is a valid issue or manufacturing defect.
The deadline for returning an Order is 3 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order or manually by UPI payments, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if the return.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
